Wrestle with the best! For athletes dedicated to the sport of wrestling and to OWA, this registration includes instruction throughout the Folkstyle season for athletes of any skill level. We'll prepare our athletes for tournaments as they come, but this session will focus on building the skills, strength, and endurance needed to excel in wrestling.
 
Wrestlers are encouraged to come to all weekly practices. Tournaments are optional and at the wrestler's expense. All practice times and tournament schedules will be posted to the OWA website.
 
Fees include practice facilities, coaches' fees, and coaches' tournament expenses. Uniforms and singlets are available at an additional cost.
